Returns and Exchange Policy

• Non-Returnable Items: All pierced earrings, including earrings with pendants and necklace sets, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Unique Handcrafted Products: All items are handmade by artisans  resulting in slight variations in stones and natural materials.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Each item is photographed before dispatch; we do not send faulty products.
  • Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 business days for defective or incorrect items.

• Return Process:

  • Returns must be authorized; unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • If approved, instructions for returning items will be provided.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Pre-Order Items: Cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made specifically for you.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Non-refundable; if your order qualified for free shipping, a deduction may apply.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Tracking Returns: Use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return.

• Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting returns, you will be notified of refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved.
